After it we continue our tour to Seapankert (overnight).

Our day we start with exploring Shushi town. Next stop is Hunot George, which amazes guests with its unbelievable beauty. Here we have chance to see awesome waterfalls, thick forests, caves, which were inhabited during Stone Age, ruins of Hunot village, ancient bridges … And all these are surrounded by huge mountains and a river, which rushes through the rocks to surprise its guests. After it we go back to town to see Ghazancheots cathedral. Steapanakert (overnight).

Day 4

Today’s first stop is Tigranakert, ruined Armenian city dating back to the Hellenistic period. It is one of several former cities in the Armenian plateau with the same name, named in honor of the Armenian king Tigranes the Great (r. 95–55 B.C.), although some scholars, such as Robert Hewsen and Babken Harutyunyan, have posited that this particular Tigranakert may have been founded by Tigranes the Great’s father, Tigranes I (r. ca. 123–95 B.C.). After Tigranakert we visit Gandzasar, it is a 10th to 13th century monastery complex.

Day 5

After breakfast at the hotel we come back to Yerevan. On the way we visit Old Khndzoresk Caves, Tatev and Khor Virap Monastery complexes.

Day 6

Vernissage. Transfer to the airport

The Yerevan Vernissage is an open-air exhibition-market functioning on the weekends. It was formed during the 1980s by Armenian artists who started to display their art works in the square next to the Artists Union of Armenia.
